The public articles and interactive exercises currently available on wajirexoni.info do not require payment. There is no subscription charge to cancel or refund.

Cancellation & refunds.
The public journal is free to browse. These principles apply only if a separate paid editorial service is offered and accepted in writing.
Public reading creates no charge.
Reading dispatches, using the observation desk or submitting a field note does not create a paid order.
No fee to contribute
Sending a field note creates no fee and does not guarantee publication, a response or advisory work. An unpublished submission may be withdrawn by contacting us.
Separate services require agreement
If paid editorial or research work is offered later, scope, price, delivery milestones, cancellation timing and refund terms will be stated before work begins.
Request it early
A cancellation request should be sent promptly. Eligibility depends on work already completed, non-recoverable costs and reserved capacity described in the written agreement.
Delivered work is allocated
Completed and delivered editorial work is generally not refundable unless the applicable agreement or mandatory consumer rights provide otherwise.
Move a review when possible
A scheduled review may be moved when notice and availability allow. Rescheduling can use the same reserved allocation rather than creating a refund.
Report faults with context
If an agreed file cannot be accessed because of a verified delivery fault, report the item, time and error so restoration or an alternative can be assessed.
Include the written record
A request should identify the agreement, date, requested action and relevant timing. The written scope and mandatory rights will be reviewed before confirmation.
